We want to integrate Thresholds into the day to day life of consumers, so users will be able to pay bills, get direct deposits, and use Thresholds like a regular checking account so they can conveniently access the high yields of DeFi without sacrificing accessibility. (Most people use BlockFi and Donut just as a place to park their funds)
We also have some interesting integrations planned, that will let Thresholds become the bridge between the real world financial system and the Web3 world.

We're well aware of the competition in the space but we believe this is a big market just like how there are numerous banks in US & exchanges for crypto.
That being said, our first real difference is the checking account. We're not trying to compete on the highest yield here. Rather it's more about functionality and liquidity of your cash. You'll have a regular checking account like you're used to where you can pay bills, make deposits, send wires -- except it'll earn you high yield interest in crypto.
BlockFi and Donut etc are more like savings account right now and they don't offer much banking functionalities.
Second difference we'll introduce later once the first one is established but it'll sort of be like a "plaid for web3" play where we truly start to connect web3 services.
@kcshei Wow, those are pretty good numbers in percentages. I like what this app is for, and I'm pretty sure it will come in handy because I'm planning to get serious about bitcoin. Cryptocurrency didn't play a significant role or mean much to me before until I started getting involved in mining and investing in bitcoin. I found an interest in it last year and am still using different strategies to multiply this resource. What helps me with such a hard thing is this article which has all the information about cryptocurrencies and how they are created. The whole system of cryptocurrency is at https://bitcoinbuy101.com.
