As someone who went through the process of closing a house, I know how hard it is to work with realtors - the back and forth and the commission negotiation. It's all time-consuming and messy. @5harath Thank you Sharath. The buying process can get very difficult basically playing a game of telephone with 4+ people, leaving you feeling like you have no control of what you are purchasing. We allow Buyers to gain full control as well as save tons of money on Realtor commissions!

Sounds like your program is acting as an agent. Which states are you able to use this in. What quality controls are in place, as each state has its own laws and rules? What about titles?

@rmagrino Perfect questions. We actually are NOT representing the Buyer in any capacity. We allow them the ability to write their own offers using a very basic questionnaire that asks the pertinent questions. Then utilizing a deal platform for negotiation, counters, etc. This type of service is known as a Scrivener service. We are available in all 50 states right now. Each state has its own laws, regulations, and rules, however it is the job of the buyer to know these rules. This is true even with a Realtor. And most Realtors do not know all the rules and such. Both myself and my cofounder are Realtors for the last 10 years and we know for a fact this is true. :) Using The Offer Haus has the exact same flow as if it is a Realtor. You will use a Title/Escrow company the same way as if a Realtor was doing it. We plan on partnering with Title companies in the future.
