Thank you Steve & Krzysiek! I put the summit and this book together because I was frustrated trying to make it as a single developer. I HATE marketing and I just want to spend my time making better apps.
But, as more than one of the experts pointed out, if you just learn a handful of strategies and apply them, you'll be ahead of 90% of the independent developers on the store who do no marketing at all. It doesn't need to take much time away from development if you take a smart approach.
So I set out to make this book a resource for developers like me. Many have told me it's really changed their thinking and made a difference. :-) :-) :-)
