I was part of the early beta and ordered from a pretty blurry photo of my friends dog. didnt expect much, but came out way more detailed than i expected, you could actually see the fur detail in the silver. felt way more personal just engraving a name and whole thing maybe took 2 mins. Considering the emotional significance of these keepsakes what happens if a customer isn’t happy with the final product? Is there a policy for revisions or refunds?

@rock_rr Hi Rock, great question. Since each charm is custom-made from your photo and can’t be reused or resold, all sales are final. That said, if something goes wrong like damage during shipping or a clear production error, we’ll absolutely make it right.
