I tried supportiv several times throughout a 6 month period and I wasn't disappointed like I was from today's chat. It was great up to this point but now I'm not sure about this site anymore. I don't know what the person was talking about but she said she needed to refer me to someone and she changed on me because she was saying all this weird stuff that didn't make sense. I wasn't in a crisis and I didn't say I was either so I don't understand what I did and or what the confusion on her end was. All I did was vent about a few things and she was ok with it and didn't seem concerned then I was hit with something that caught me off guard. So she did ruin the conversation because of how she was acting. She didn't indicate to me in anyway what I said was concerning beforehand. She did say it was the sites policy to refer me even though I wasn't redirected to a page proving it was their policy or what the policy clearly stated. The person said they weren't being mean but I don't trust them. I didn't like how the situation was handled. I was already under a lot of stress and she pulled this on me. Venting helps me heal and it made me upset she interrupted. I shouldn't be treated this way. She said stuff that didn't seem genuine. Like I said I was not in a crisis and she didn't ask if I was or wasn't as she just assumed that. So I won't be returning to this site anymore. I understand they don't have my information but that kind of behavior irks me.
