So in 2021, we started off with building an AI native marketing solution for businesses, and our platform offered omni-channel campaigns across email/SMS/WhatsApp/web push etc, automation, on-page personalization and segmentation. Along with generative AI capabilities.
Our idea was to help our users to run their marketing on auto-pilot without any human intervention. That's when we started building autonomous features for the platform. Soon we realised that the current underlying tech infrastructure wasn't enough to achieve our vision. An AI agent system had to be in place to complete a series of complex tasks. For example, to send an email campaign, AI needs to execute a series of tasks such as drafting an Email Copy, generating the right set of images, putting all of it together in an HTML code, creating a segment of the audience, and then sending the email.
That's how we decided to open-source SuperAGI and co-build an AI agent system along with the community. With the help of AI agents, these kind of complex tasks and series of activities can be executed successfully.
AI and Cloud opens up so many doors and your product is a great example of it. Can't wait to try the AI agent templates and monitor their performance. Congrats on launching this amazing product
