I'm thrilled to hear about the new features. Are the reminders customizable? As a remote worker, I believe I could really benefit from more frequent prompts to get active during the day. I've noticed that on some days, I barely reach 2,000 steps by 4 pm, which isn't ideal. Adding a competitive aspect to the app would be fantastic. For instance, I could use it to challenge my colleagues to see who can log the most movement throughout the workday while working from home.
