@rulesbycam This was my thought exactly. The valley between Americans who make money from real estate investment and those who rent these properties seems like a big social class divider, possibly the biggest. Seeing someone talented bridge that gap, and via a business to fuel others' income, feels like a huge step in the right direction for American society.

@stedmanblake Sure! We focus on tertiary and rural markets, and we consider things like parking lots, daycares, RV parks, self storage, and last mile logistics. We focus on classes of real estate with lots of customers and analog operations, with lots of room to improve net operating income with modern software. Expected yield will vary per property, but we expect risk and reward to always be correlated, so the riskier properties will promise stronger returns. Happy to elaborate further if helpful!
