The idea for Squire Rent came about from being a part of "Generation Rent": the ever-rising cost of homes in the UK, coupled with other economic factors, is making it almost impossible to own a home. Due to this we want to make renting easier and reduce the strain that the renting process can cause.
Having managed properties in the past and being a renter myself, I've had the opportunity to experience life as a Tenant and Landlord, and used the lessons learned to develop Squire Rent.
