I'm the co-founder of SpringRole - Everyone is a Recruiter. You refer one of your contacts and then he/she applies, gets an interview - you get paid.
We launched around seven months ago and have had a great success so far. All thanks to our referral community. OuYa hired a CFO, Cargomatic hired a Full Stack - all for a fraction of the cost of a recruiter. Till date, we wrote out 2000 checks for over $45,000.
To make it even easier for our community, we made this chrome extension where you can refer from inside LinkedIn. No need to go anywhere else, just one click and it shows you matching jobs to refer. In the future, we will add functionality to support Gmail, Twitter, Facebook
