The problem is that most standups aren’t that great. People aren’t always prepared so they think out loud. It’s not engaging so people tune out. It’s easy to lose focus and stray off topic. You can choose from default Yesterday, Today, Blockers categories or create your own. Spinach rotates through each persons’ check-in so there’s no deciding “who goes next”.
