Does the alarm wake you during an optimal sleep cycle? Any integration with Philips Hue? I’m still looking for a suitable replacement for my Hello by Sense sleep device since the company disappeared.

@theleovogel Hi Leo, thank you for the great input! Is what you're looking for to wake up refreshed? The secret to that isn't so secret, you wake up refreshed when you get sufficient quality sleep. This app can help with that, it calculates your energy level based on the quantity and quality of your sleep so you can see whether you're getting enough. When you sleep well, you wake up easily. Regarding the Hue, this app was designed specifically for the Apple Watch, it does not integrate with other devices at the moment, and it comes with a simple alarm. @theleovogel @yairdc No, he's referring to "Smart Alarm" feature where the watch will wake you up during a "light" sleep cycle versus the regular pre-set alarm that might go off during you "deep" sleep cycle. Supposedly waking up during a light sleep cycle is easier and more beneficial. I actually would like this feature too.

@yairdc I’m looking for an automatic sleep-cycle based alarm with Hue integration. Anything short of that is of no interest to me in comparison to what I already have.

Have you thought about the use case of most people (me included) who charge their watch overnight? How did that affect your thought process?

@mickc79 Hi Mick! Thank you for your question. We recommend charging the Apple Watch one hour before you go to sleep. SleepX consumes a very low percent of your battery life (depends on your Apple Watch series).
