I'm Melanie, the co-founder of Shaka. I built Shaka with the goal of making work happier each day for employees. Overtime, I found that the real challenge was to build a solution that employees love that also makes leaders shine for their ability to create amazing team culture within their organization.

Great product! The connections/coffee chats tool looks awesome, will it be able to schedule meetings if our team works in different time zones or will the users have to schedule those chats themselves?
