SEO Migration Tool

We develop custom websites at our agency, which is nice, but with every new website we launch, a good SEO migration from the old website is necessary. Which is not so nice. Especially since I'm the one who needs to take care of this boring and cumbersome, but necessary, job. Most of the time we work together with marketing agencies to take care of SEO. However, in some cases the client doesn't work with a marketing agency yet. As a service to our client, we provide the necessary SEO migration and redirects.. December 2020, we had three websites going live within 1,5 week and we (meaning: me) had to do the SEO migrations. That was the moment I decided to make it easier for myself. As I'm not a developer, but I know my way around Google Sheets and decided to make a template in Google Sheets to optimise my workflow and managed to finish 4x faster than before. Fast forward 3 months and some SEO experts I know shared great feedback and I added tons of new features to the Google Sheets template, resulting in the ultimate Google Sheet template for full SEO website migrations. Now I'm putting the tool out in the open and I'm really curious about your experience and feedback!
