This sounds like a much needed tool for our current modern predicament. So much of my mental health is dependent on how I process thoughts, feelings and situations. I continue to walk along the path of education and practice and Sblam is the type of platform that can deliver what I need to continue my journey. Over the past decade, the population's mental health has been deteriorating. In particular, anxiety, depression, alcohol abuse, and insomnia have significantly increased in the population. Some terrible events, like covid-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine war, have made the situation worse. Isolation, social distancing, and economic hardship, combined with media and social bombardment regarding the infectious and lethal potential of the virus, have greatly contributed to the attrition of the mental health of the entire population. Into this already suffering scenario came the outbreak of political and military tensions on the borders of Europe, which further aggravated this situation of global psychological malaise.
