Struggling to get your customers to provide feedback and leave public reviews for your product? I know the feeling. Saastic automates the outreach to your customers — requesting reviews and following up — so you don't have to. The end result? An endless flow of reviews and feedback about your business to drive more leads and increase sales. Saastic works by emailing your customers based on a set strategy: 30 days after signup, 7 days after purchase, etc. Upon rating your product, they'll be taken to a custom landing page to leave feedback and a review on popular review sites, like G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot. Stop wasting time reaching out to customers asking for them to leave reviews. Let Saastic automate the outreach to the right people at the right time while you focus on doing what you do best — building a 5-star product.

Interesting. I'll need to try it. I do have this problem - getting reviews for my SaaS. At the same time: - a very important share of our users only subscribed once and never tested the product. I wouldn't want them to leave a review, as they aren't qualified to give an objective opinion. - I don't wont to bother my existing users too much. I know follow-ups are important, but I don't want to become spammy - I'd love to give some rewards to the users who leave a review (independent of the number of stars they leave). Does Saastic handle these issues?

Hey Daniel, the strategy has conditions, like number of charges, total charges, average charge, and active subscription. You can set the parameters to target high value customers. It also only sends automatically to each customer once, with an optional 3 reminders. As for incentives. You can write it in. I am working on a deeper integration to issue rewards via Stripe or Amazon.

Looks promising as G2 and Capterra charge insane money for them helping you promote the product. Finally a way to automate it, good job!

@professordz Exactly. Thanks! Plus Saastic can do more and integrates with Stripe, HubSpot, and Zapier.
