The idea to put together a comprehensive list of web apps built with Ruby on Rails was conceived a long time ago. Here at Vertalab (we’re an agency focused on developing web apps with Ruby on Rails), we’ve gotten a lot of requests from potential clients asking whether Ruby on Rails is the right framework for the applications they plan to build.
These requests eventually led us to write a blog post with a list of the most popular web apps created with Ruby on Rails. The post has proven quite popular among our website visitors, and so we’ve decided to launch a separate platform with the goal of listing and categorizing noteworthy examples of web apps created using Ruby on Rails.
