A year ago, I was a developer at a small French startup with about a million users. Our Customer Success team was drowning in emails, struggling to focus on the really important stuff. I wanted to help Paulo, our Customer Success Manager, work smarter, not harder. But I couldn’t find an affordable tool that could analyze emails the way we needed. That’s how Reviewik came to life. I started with some custom neural networks, but quickly realized that ChatGPT could handle the job way better. Now, Reviewik is an affordable, secure, and super helpful assistant for Paulo — and hopefully for other mid-sized businesses too. I’ve put a lot into this project, but I know there’s always room for improvement. I’d love to hear your thoughts on what else you’d like to see in Reviewik. Congratulations on the launch, @roman_klimov! How does Reviewik differentiate between critical issues and non-urgent ones? Is there a way users can manually adjust the importance of certain topics or keywords to better fit their specific needs? Looking forward to trying this out!

@renchu_song Thanks! Reviewik uses chatGPT 4O to rate the severity of emails on a scale from 1 to 5, where 5 indicates critical issues like bugs or payment problems. It's been showing pretty good results in tests. Manual adjustment for specific topics isn’t available yet. It’s a great idea, though, and something we're considering. Hope you enjoy trying it out!

And super cool how you took a company’s pain point, offered them a solution and made a product out of it 🎉 love that it’s GDPR compliant too 🙌🏻 do I understand the UX correctly that we simply set up email forwarding to you, but then we will see our own dashboard of the insights realtime like in the picture? Or is it a point-in-time report? Thanks!! And congrats on the launch! 🚀
