Reflective lets business users build their own workflow software. Our key insight: full automation vs. manual work is a false dichotomy. We consistently found that the biggest bottleneck in a business is a repetitive, manual workflow. And traditional automation technologies like iPaaS & RPA are not well suited to these workflows because they were designed for machines, not humans. Our Solution Counter-intuitively, Reflective is an automation platform that embraces manual work. We call it "human touch" because we aim to distill a person's complex decision making process down to a single click. Simply decide, and the actions are carried out for you.
