The inspiration behind Receptive AI came from our own team’s experiences. Despite having an open and honest culture, we noticed that valuable feedback was often withheld. Our team, known for its integrity and intelligence, still hesitated to share feedback, especially with someone who is responsible for paychecks, to avoid awkwardness and confrontation. Recognizing the missed opportunities for improvement, we developed Receptive AI and integrated it into our own workflow first. I can confidently say that any company using Receptive AI will see significant improvements, as it encourages honest feedback without the discomfort of direct confrontation.

@adam_zane Big congrats on your launch! Wishing you a successful and fulfilling journey. What’s been the most rewarding part of the process so far?

Creating a safe space for feedback is so important! Can you share more about the AI-enhanced tone adjustment feature? How does it ensure the feedback is constructive and not misinterpreted? Congrats on the launch, Adam!

@kyrylosilin Thank you! Creating a safe space for feedback is indeed crucial. Our prompt engineering is designed to understand the context of the feedback thoroughly. Once it grasps the context, it paraphrases and summarizes the feedback, ensuring it remains constructive and encouraging. Additionally, our AI performs pattern recognition on multiple feedback entries to maintain consistency. In the enterprise version, we ask the feedback provider to confirm if the paraphrased message accurately reflects their intent. This further minimizes misinterpretation and enhances the quality of the feedback. We plan on bringing this feature to free version soon.

Hi @hamish_unified! Yes we are in talks with some call center companies. Would you happen to know anyone in need of Receptive?
