I don't understand what problem this solves, since apparently (from the video and description) it is still mouse-driven. If you were opening the list of recent commands with a keyboard shortcut, then it would save you from using your mouse, but if you have to use your mouse anyway, what's the benefit of using a different menu? But the video went by REALLY quickly, and with no audio explaining anything, so perhaps I missed something that happened in a split second.
