Sarah views virtual reality through the concept of story as a verb-- one that can provide hope, affect change and shift brain wave patterns. Through StoryUP’s work helping veterans via the Honor Everywhere program which empowers World War II veterans who are unable to travel to virtually visit their memorials in Washington, D.C., they noticed a marked physical and emotional change in people during and after a VR journey.
