I absolutely love my Ratio Eight — but my biggest complaint has been that the glass carafe (while beautiful) simply doesn't keep the coffee hot. This is exactly the solution I was looking for — and I'm so glad that once again no expense has been spared to create an heirloom-quality product.
@chrismessina Fun fact - our original design had a thermal carafe, but we underestimated how deep the ruts are for "standard thermal carafe." We had to find vendors far outside of the thermal carafe industry to get the quality we wanted. Took a long ass time, but I'm happy with what we ended up with.
I've known Mark since long before the Ratio was just his crazy idea to make a really great pour over machine. Awesome to see this come to fruition and I can't wait to get one.
