Rally is a recording studio for product presentations. Create and share videos for product demos, updates, and customer presentations. Built for B2B teams to present evolving products to customers and teammates.
It’s been about ten years since @sdunn + I shared a brand new product here. And oddly enough, we are not the only twins featured today. Let’s see how this one goes.
Rally is a video storytelling tool for teams. You can use it to record product demos, share new features, or get teammates aligned on the latest updates.
In a typical B2B company, at least half of your team has one of these responsibilities:
1. Talking about the product.
2. Making it easy for others to talk about the product.
Rally supports both. Why? The product is one thing everyone has in common. This may sound obvious, but it’s remarkable how many departments treat “product show and tell” as something they have to handle alone. You’re still presenting the same product, just to a different audience.
Rally gives teams the ability to start with a shared foundation of product basics (recordings, screenshots, and slides), and customize it for their audience — from prospects to customers to teammates.
At Robin, we saw firsthand how important a strong product narrative was for customers and team alignment. We also know how much work it was to maintain as the product evolved.
I’ll spare you the full feature list, but a few things I’ll highlight:
1. 🗣️ Narration system. We separate the presentation and the narrator tracks, so you can swap either one without having to start over. With support for multiple presenters, you can tag team video presentations just like you would a call – sales + sales engineer, CSM + AE, etc.
2. 🎞️ Collaborative, clip-based editor. You can record narration over screenshots, slides, and screen recordings the same way.
3. ✨ Branded shareables. You can publish fully customized share links, exported videos, or embeds featuring CTAs + links to product resources.
If you’re regularly sharing product videos or presentations, give it a try. Feedback is a gift — we’d welcome yours.
(P.S. This month we released a new companion app which unlocks screen recording + cursor tracking for MacOS.)
I was looking for something like this for presenting on social media about our product updates. You know one thing that came into my mind, how are you different than loom for example?
@viorica_vanica Most screen recorders are single player and can't be edited after the fact — we treat video like a slideshow, so different team members can contribute different parts — and you can update any part of your recording after the fact too (narration, content, layout). A bit more flexibility that keeps videos from getting stale as your product evolves.
Yeah! It looks super cool man. I need to constantly make video presentation and Rally could change that game in many aspects. I'll give it a try and I'll back with deeper feedback. Wish you the best here!
I’ve spent the last 10 years in product. Recording product demos and pitched for internal enablement and external customer engagements is a huge part of my and my team’s job. Rally is an excellent, lightweight way to build these videos collaboratively. Already a strong tool and I’m excited to see how it grows.
