Great Tool but quick question—does anyone have tips on how to format or structure interview transcripts to get the best insights out of it? I feel like mine were a bit messy, and I’m wondering if that affects the results.
@riz_mado Thank you for the question. We understand that structuring interview can be tricky. Insights agent does all that for you. Everything, from research design which includes the type of interview (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured), to analysis and report writing is automated with human expert guiding throughout the process. So you dont have to worry about that. Insights Agent handles everything.
This looks interesting! How deep does the analysis go after collecting responses? Is it just visual dashboards or does it provide meaningful insights as well. I haven't used this in a full scale but clearly this can be useful for my research documents.
