I think we won't see any non-Chatgpt chatbots soon, so its only natural. I think Pulsedesk is a great product as it's on the simple side of things - easy to setup and operate. Best of luck!
Not to sure if this project was abandoned or if support is just not a thing with this comapny I used it for my business for about 7 months which worked great btw and now I have no way to properly close tickets due to an internal error on the web app. I tried contacting well over seven times via email but never once I received a response. Unfortunately it was a bad investment smh.
