Meera was in the core team that implemented Prime Minister Modi's International workforce mobility program under “Skill India Mission” to skill about 50,000 workers and I am a 3x entrepreneur who was the first product head at OYO Flagship and helped OYO pivot from marketplace to network of owned hotels. Rather, we are focused on specialised technology business roles like, product, tech sales, growth, marketing etc. which make almost 65% of the headcount of any technology company. Pragmatic Leaders is the only technology MBA for mid-career professionals in India - free until hired. Screened candidates are admitted into a 10 month online program, where they solve real-world case studies in small groups guided by a senior global mentor ultimately to land jobs in influential global companies. Our product management programs have been a hit, with 60% MoM growth, candidates of Pragmatic leaders get placed in half the time at double the placement rate compared to market standards, with an average 50% salary hike.
