The original inspiration came from the pain point we all experienced—everyone experienced the infuriating process of hiring in order to create and scale teams. It was a long, painful, inefficient, and infuriating experience—so we knew AI could solve this. We still believe that the hiring process should be fair and efficient, and trained talent should be evaluated based on real abilities—not a resume.
