So it embarrasses me looking back and seeing how much time I’ve wasted on other things: Building the wrong thing, taking too long to pivot, not iterating often enough.
If I have one regret from my previous projects it would be getting too carried away with the product and not focused enough on product-market fit.
Right now PMF Buddy is a daily email consisting of:

This looks impressive.
It's addressing something that every startup founder should be actively thinking about. I like that it's digestable and I think it could provide helpful guidance to me to stay on track.
Just an idea. Could be useful if you could interact with the AI suggestion to guide and enhance the quality of the AI's output. For example it gives you a tip, you respond to the email then maybe it enhances the next suggestion or even responds to your email. I think encouraging responses to your email to further personalise the content could be a good direction to go – and valuable insight into your audience. I'd definitely be inclined to do this to make the emails more useful and I'd be more invested.

@justinium great suggestion thanks! I've found in the past that people are a bit apprehensive to reply to emails. Was thinking of integrating a link that takes you to ChatGPT to continue an instant conversation with PMF Professor (as a GPT)
