Used to be great. This software was wonderful when it first came out. The developers were extremely responsive to all of our requests. I used it for quite some time until I started having bug issues. And from my own experience, and from many of us on the user's group on Facebook, the developers are no longer responding to questions, problems, or to troubleshoot. Even though I can still log in, and the program appears to be active, I've stopped using it and moved to another piece of software since there seems to be no support for Plutio anymore.
Very useful, no-nonsense tool that has been a part of my company's daily routine for a couple of years already. Four stars only because of the really unresponsive support that got back to me reeeeeeeaaaaaally sloooowly (after a week or two!) on several occasions when I was in quite a hurry to get an answer/explanation I sought.

I've grabbed this Lifetime deal from AppSumo for $150 and it's been the most useful app we've come across. We mainly use it for invoices and project proposals, but we can keep track of the entire business in one easy to use dashboard. Love it!
