Congrats on the launch. This is impressive, but onboarding is a pain, and I'm pretty sure that you are scaring quite a few prospects away with that approach. I went through all the questions with a dummy startup project and the AI looks well trained, but again answering between 40 and 50 questions (depending on the path you choose) some of which requiring heavy copyrighting with the impression that a power outage might throw all your efforts to the bin poses a big psychological barrier. Bookmarked and supporting, plus great chances that I'll go for paid plan possibly this week for a real side project of mine, but consider allowing to go through the whole process with autosave once onboarded, because for great output you need equally great input, and allowing to complete the questionnaire at client's convenience is paramount, in my opinion. Last but not least, it seems that PH promo code works only for pro plan: any chance for using it for next tier as well? Or how does it work if one wanted to upgrade from pro at a later time? What would be the cost? Finally, I'm going to hit you up on Linkedin, for a side talk over a possible strategic partnership.

Omg, you have so many usefull features for a startup founder, and that's all available only for a one-time payment with no subscription, unbelievable! In my opinion, it’s a scam. I received an email that promised a free pro plan once I answer a survey. I did I exactly that and got nothing. I emailed them back but got no reply. Companies that deceive and lie and trick people do not deserve my money. UPDATE March, 2025: they contacted me with the promised Pro Plan but I’m yet to try it. I’m updating my rating to 2 stars till I try it myself.

Literal scam. The quality of the generated documents is low. Really really low. - Slides are badly structured, misaligned, with spelling mistakes and literally just text placed in the middle of the slides. - It asks you where you're located, but produces slides saying you start-up is located in heart of Silicon Valey. - All materials that you're getting are having Pitchbob.io branding, like you're promoting their company not yours. - Bot questions and suggestions are total rubbish. - List with VC and outreach people is with questionable quality - Prefilled Accelerator /VC applications are useless. Saying half backed will be overstatement. Do not waste your time and money on this scam. You want be able to get your money back. Get yourself a subscription to ChatGPT or anything else, for sure will be more useful

The system is constantly resetting as I go through the questions. Unable to get the final output without it going back to square one. Requested a refund and denied that privilege. Waste of money.
