@sama @kolarzowski @matid we're customers and Pilot has made it possible for us, as a small team to have a global workforce; we can focus on finding the best remote talent and not worry about where they are situated. The platform is easy to use and product velocity is high. Today we use Gusto for US and Pilot for international, but we are considering consolidating completely to Pilot!

I pay over 100 contractors in 35 countries every month and this would be impossible without Pilot. Compared with other payroll tools, the pricing is very reasonable and they've continued improving the UI over the past year as we've used it. I look forward to more features like W2 hiring in the future, but this is a fantastic tool for hiring contractors and international employees!
