Hello Product Hunt! We’re excited to introduce Phedra X, a Chrome extension that makes image editing easier than ever—right in your browser. No extra software, no switching between tools, just instant edits on any image you come across online. We built Phedra X for creators, marketers, and designers who need a faster, more intuitive way to enhance, modify, and transform visuals without complicated workflows. Whether you want to improve image quality, remove objects, or tweak details, Phedra X gives you a seamless editing experience in just a few clicks. The idea came from our own frustration with having to jump between different tools just to make small adjustments. We wanted something lightweight, accessible, and built directly into the browsing experience. Phedra X is our solution to that problem, and we’re excited to finally share it with you. We’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback. Try it out and let us know how it fits into your workflow or what you'd like to see next!

@masump That’s exactly what we were aiming for — making image edits as quick and easy as possible without switching between tools. Really happy to hear it’s saving you time! Would love to know if there’s anything else you’d like to see added.

@olivergoodwin Another product born from real pain, Congrats on the launch. Does the extension support memory as well?

Oliver Goodwin

@dineshan_sithamparanathan Really appreciate the support. At the moment, Phedra X doesn’t have memory features, but it's definitely something we're considering for future updates. Would love to know how you'd like to see memory work within the extension!

@sonu_goswami2 Thanks so much! 🙌 Really appreciate the support!

Having been a (traditional) graphic designer for over four decades, there have been 4 major paradigm shifts for me in that time.

  1. Computers (of course!)

  2. Photoshop/Illustrator

  3. AI tools

  4. Phedra X

Each one of these have continually saved me more and more time. I've been using AI for a few years now to help enhance my work and speed up processes. Some of the tools have been good, most not so much.

I have been using Phedra X since last year and to be honest, I no longer use (or need) the dozen other tools I have for graphic work.

It is fantastic. Having the real-time ability to move, remove and add positional elements to my artwork is truly amazing!

Kudos and my deepest thanks to Oliver and the whole Synthesys team for an outstanding software that really takes things to the next level.

If there's one thing I would love to see, it would be the ability to keep specific parts of the image exactly the same, when prompting updates. For example, keeping precisely the same background when changing foreground elements.

Bottom Line: If you need to create top level professional graphics fast and efficiently, get your hands on Phedra X today - I promise you will NOT be disappointed!

@chris_freeman Wow, thank you so much for the incredible feedback! It means a lot, especially coming from someone with your experience in graphic design.

And great news — we're already working on the ability to lock specific parts of the image during updates and hope to have it live soon!

Really appreciate your support and suggestions — it’s users like you who help make Phedra X even better! 💙
