Avoid using this tool! Apparently this tool is no longer working, and there is no support provided. I didn't received the image package that I paid for. UPDATE: The tool finally generated the image package, taking hours more than the 60-minute period advertised. The image results are mostly unusable, weird images with alien-like with strange eyes. There appears to be no way to tweak the results to get usable images. Support never replied to any of my messages. Takeaway: This tool is a great idea, but the results are beyond unsatisfactory, and the support is nonexistent. Avoid using this tool at all costs.

Hello Joe, I am very sorry for your bad experience with PFPMaker but this is a bit harsh given all of this was happening on Sunday evening. The end result greatly depends on the quality and variety of the initial dataset and AI can be a bit whimsical since it's a new tech. I have located and refunded your order, have a great day and sorry for the inconvenience. P.S. we are going to improve this initial step with another AI and new other epic new features are going to be released even this/next week. In this particulair case we had a huge traffic spike over the weekend and processing requests, so the app was a bit slow and I have missed some messages.

Stay away!!! Same experience as the other customers had made lately. I have been charged the money, AI generated pcitures (it said at least to do so) and the countdown ticked down, then: Nothing! Also I did not get any invoice or other email from the company. Obviously they have stopped the business operations lately, but are still taking the money! FRAUD!

Hello, I am sorry for your bad experience with PFPMaker. We are a small bootstrapped company and sometimes errors happen. We also don't send the invoices by email and I don't see any chats, emails, or orders coming from you. We did not stop any operations, on the contrary - we are growing exponentially and that's why our processing can sometimes stall. But it happens very rarely (a 1-3 times a month) given the number of orders we process daily (several hundreds). But we are not perfect of course and we are working on making the system as robust as possible.

Hey @vishal_rohra can you please try once more, as far as I see our servers are under quite a heavy load but are fully operational. There might be issues if the photo you are uploading is a big one, then the processing takes more time but it should come through nevertheless P.S. you can also try drag&drop the photo rather than clicking + from the homepage
