The interesting thing was, this is not the usual open rates which they were getting earlier. During my conversation, I discovered that in the past they were getting almost 20-25% open rates. (I shared the health- It was all green across 100+ global blocklists✅) Brand: Ok. But, I think the other reason for this decline was the non-delivery of my emails. After a long debate...
