🎉 I'm excited to launch PeopleGoal v2! The team has been working on this release for 2 years and it's a complete overhaul of our platform. To cut to the chase: here's 3 ways you could use PeopleGoal that differ to other products in the market. 📅 Trigger an anniversary based performance review with multiple managers: PeopleGoal supports custom profile templates (essentially a custom employee database). Admins can add a date element for the employee start-date. They could then install the pre-built multi-manager performance review app from our store, and setup a schedule to auto-create new reviews based on the start date field in the profile template. Reference your reviews directly in your profile templates going forward. 📋 Run a quick, custom engagement survey and perform on-the-fly calculations: Create a new app or install a template from our app store. Create text, select or grid elements to customize the survey to suit your company. Use the webform URL to share the survey with anyone, or trigger an announcement with our Posts functionality. Use our custom data-view to build complex reports including charts and custom calculations. Share the results with your team with a weekly scheduled report. 🕺 Build many-to-many organizational relationships: typical HR platforms support a direct manager > direct report relationship and nothing else. PeopleGoal allows you to configure any relationship you want, and use it in your apps. Configure a relationship for 'project manager' or 'HR review' and auto-populate these participants in your process based on these relationships.
