Hi everyone, we've just launched Orgtomic, a powerful Org Chart and People Directory aimed at growth and Remote-First companies. We aim to provide a Discovery Layer for ALL employees to understand their Org, colleagues and their skills/interests/culture and career aspirations. Our thesis so far is: 1) HR systems needs re-imagining into Compliance, Engagement and Discovery 2) Remote growth is inevitable and additional location nodes create complexity - and opportunity 3) Org transparency and visualization can drive change Would love to hear from any users in growth companies who are hiring remotely and what their current pain points are. Thanks, Ian

Orgtomic can be a useful tool for companies who seek to cultivate a better employee-to-employee relationship through the web, especially remote or companies looking to go remote. Org chart is automatically charted out just by simply indicating the direct manager/report of a member. The user profiles store more than the common information found on HR tools. Users can find out about each others’ hobbies, skills matrix, interests or things they can help others with. The working hour feature is especially handy for those who have to find a convenient team with the colleagues across timezones. As a full-time remote worker, I can see the common problems Orgtomic is trying to address here. If you’re interested a more modern solution towards addressing the common problems of Remote/WFH/Hybrid workplace employee relationship, I’d urge you to give Orgtomic a try (it’s free for up to 50 employees!), and channel any feedback or feature request to the team.
