You will be limited in the number of rows you can create in each workbook by your Spreadsheet.com plan (see Spreadsheet.com Pricing). You will also be limited in the number of OPENAI_COMPLETE calls you make based on the number of tokens available in your OpenAI plan (see OpenAI Pricing).
