Ever since 37signals announced their ONCE thesis, I was intrigued with the idea of getting back to one time payment for software instead of the endless subscriptions based software we have in the SaaS ecosystem. I started collecting the latest news on the subject, and the tools we can pay for once which lead to once.tools. @karthik_tatikonda Been working on the email list to go along with directory, and putting a pretty big focus on SEO to make sure the directory ranks well for software tools. šŸ¤ž Will be keeping a close eye on things to keep things running smoothly.

Really amazing idea! Way too much software is a mandatory subscription and doesn't even provide the option of a one-time payment. Also took the liberty to submit our own app :P
