Looks interesting! How do you envision this sitting alongside a live chat app on a website? Two chat bubbles next to each other / overlapping? Might be confusing for the user...
@sionlanini Great question! I'd probably think it is best to have the widget sitting by itself, though, I believe people can get creative in terms of where to place the widget, even perhaps to hide it at first, and only show it for customers on specific web pages, or even sometimes specific businesses offers certain channels for VIP customers only. There is a lot of space to get creative here I feel 😄 and this is exactly what we look to help with.
