Office IQ started with a very simple yet frustrating question : Why is office management still so scattered?

As we ramp up for our official launch on 07/21/2025, I wanted to share a quick update on what myself and the team have been building behind the scenes.

We’ve just completed Staff Feature 1.0, giving you all your key team info at a glance. Think: quick insights, smart filtering, detailed employee profiles, and smooth handling of terminations.

We’ve also been experimenting with our new Org Chart 🗺️, designed to help founders and execs visualize how their company fits together across departments, reporting lines, and office locations.

Other than major tools used manually for wholesale and retail business via B2b, B2c, & D2c services via virtual assistant campaign for global real estate, i found it applicable for usage in some operations of above mentioned businesses due to its Vendor info remain stored in single & reliable place for all of us in above mentioned channels applicability along with no chance of losing multiple clients docs in endless folders in google drive. Staff, vendor and client information + tasks are clear, organise and classifiable within it.
