So OpenAI has a tiny little grants program for universities. They have been hearing a lot from universities about the changes that widespread access to LLMs has brought to universities and their response is bribe a few provosts with the opportunity to put "innovative" in a strategic plan? That tells you a lot about this so-called commitment.
