It has been in development since January this year and I've been gathering feedback on what are the basic SaaS features that founders should not sweat about to help them focus on building the core of their solutions. The feedback gathered resulted in Nextacular, which is a SaaS starter-kit built on top of modern technologies. Great SaaS boilerplate. There are very few open-source alternatives with so many features out-of-the box. So far I've built only one product with it, but if it gets updated and comes out of beta, I might use it again.

Certainly the best Next JS boilerplate app out there. If I had to estimate, easily saves a week worth's of work and serves as a good tutorial for learning the structure of a well-built Next JS application.
