Looks pretty neat, Jose. Is this primarily geared towards startups with distributed teams or enterprise customers?

@getfortune500 Hi Pauline, thanks for your comment. We've designed Nailted for companies with a high percentage of knowledge workers. We currently have a lot of start-up and scale-ups because there is a big pain retaining tech talent, but also a few enterprise-level customers because is also hard to understand what's going on on large size teams. Thus, big companies find more advantages from the analytics module, but the 1:1s, recognition and other feedback dynamics works pretty good no matter how big is the team.
