Great UX, solid business model, and incredible founders? My kind of product!

Hello Product Hunt Community! My name is Robert and I’m the CEO and founder of myBalto 🙋‍♂️! We are incredibly grateful to share myBalto with you! We just launched a few weeks ago and are looking to help turn a great idea 💡 into a great company! myBalto originated as an idea to help pet owners save money on the ever-increasing cost of pet care 🐶. As an emergency veterinarian, it was tough for me to see owners have to make decisions for their pets based on finances rather than what is best for their furry family 😔. Often times, a lot of money was wasted on repeating diagnostics and treatments because we didn’t have access to their pet’s medical records 😣. With the help of my brother 👨‍🔧, we decided to help fix this problem by creating a platform that helps unite all veterinary medical management systems to share records. 🙌 By having 24/7 access to your pet’s medical records, we are hoping to give owner’s full control of their pet’s health care so they can send: - Vaccine records to boarding facilities 🐈 🦮 - Medical records to insurance companies 🏥 - Pet profiles to pet sitters, friend’s, and family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 - And so much more! Although record access is one of the primary goals of myBalto, we also know it’s going to take some time to develop those relationships and build a large enough following. 💪 However, we also found that we can do so much more to help address the cost of rising pet care 🤑. Through the use of a tier-based, gamified reward system, we created a pet healthcare community to help alleviate this financial stress. We reward pet owners for learning about their pet’s health and sharing fun videos/photos/stories. Every component of myBalto aims to help save pet owner’s money, with some of our best examples including: 🍭 Earning treats for participation in the myBalto community that can be used to get discounts on pet products/supplies 💵 Cash back on everyday pet supply purchases 🧾 Our Vet Bill Pool and Vet Bill Sweepstakes where we help pay your vet bills! 💉 Saving money on repeat diagnostics by having access to your pet’s medical records Over the last six months, we have spent countless hours 🕰 creating something we believe will really help a lot of people improve the lives of their pets, but we need your help! We are looking for feedback from you! 🙏 We just launched to the public one month ago and we want to know what people like and don’t like so we know where to invest our resources. Our focus has been on creating a minimum viable product, but as we grow, we look to improve our design and make myBalto as user friendly as possible! The design I think is the first impression that doesn't give real pleased to see it, I don't feel any trust watching like that, I would remake the entire design and give tonnes more strong to communicate what you say here
