I just started using it for a few walk. Very simple to use, no sign-up or login. Just a few basic data and hitting the start button. Oh yes, need to activate the Pixel walk (and another stuff too) but well, that’s properly a matter of preferences. All in all, the stats are clear but what captivated me are the pixels. It’s so different to all the others with numbers, trophies or badges

Using this app for over a year now and I can fully relate to the motivation part. Just updated and collected my fist pixels, this is truly a different way to present my walk stats. Much more engaging to look how the mystery image grows as staring at the graphs. Well done.

Staying motivated in any fitness activity will be hard at some point. Recording walk statistics is one way to be accountable towards oneself and to share with like-minded walker. But looking at numbers and graphs is not the most inspiring motivator. More creativity in presenting the numbers is a way to bring playfulness and fun to convert miles into pixels that create eye pleasing images. Statistics are still important abut fun is as important in life.

@erich_z You definitely addressed my weak spot with this update. I am an on-off-on-... type of fitness walker, badly need every distraction I can get and this one got my full attention. Awesome, happily walking again. Just collected my first pixels while walking down to the coffeeshop :-)
