super interesting project ! nowadays it is super easy to invest in stocks but not in the real estate market. I knew that blockchain can be used overcome this problem and you guys just made it 🚀 One question though, if I buy one share on a real estate property, do I get also some kind of papers that proof that I bought xyz amount of property X with my wallet address? Or how is the projection from real world to blockchain world achieved ?

@hayerhans The ownership of the property is reflected at the propco level. Forgive me if you are familiar with the propco structure, but for those who are not, in real estate, you typically invest in a property through an LLC (your propco - "Property Company"). The propco holds the title of the property, and the economic benefits (cash flow, appreciation, tax benefits) are passed from the property to the owner of the LLC (the token holders in this case). We link the ownership of the property to the holder of the token in the operating agreement of the LLC (which is also stored within the token's smart contract). You can see the operating agreement document in the documents section of each property. It is the document called the LLC operating agreement, and in the exhibits, you will see the smart contract / token id linked to the property! Let me know if you have any further questions. Again, the purpose of our platform is to lower the barriers-to-entry of real estate investing, and unfortunately, a lot of this info is hidden behind massive paywalls or scattered.
