MiniBite is a calorie tracking app that makes calorie tracking fun & rewarding. Players raise a MiniMonster by logging food, exercise and water so that you can defend Minihaven from the evil dragons. In order to master the game you must master your own health.

Really cool design, taking a fun approach to health care. Do you allow people to scan barcodes of food items to make the process easier?

@jimmyjam thanks for the positive feedback :) Yes we have a bar code scanner to make logging a little less tedious. Always looking for ideas to improve that experience!

@gengen Any time frame for on an Android launch? Id love to experience it and give my feedback. Do you integrate fitness trackers into the app in anyway? Perhaps different ways to level up your guys?

@jimmyjam we are building a list for Android users but haven’t hit enough interest to build for Android yet. We want to get it right on iOS first :) currently we don’t integrate with fitness trackers yet but it’s on the roadmap to do that very soon. Would love to get your feedback eventually

@gengen 100% the second its on Android Ill be checking it out, Sounds fantastic, adds an engaging aspect to health care which in todays world seems to be very important. I dont know if you have it implemented (Havent found an app that does it yet) but it would be really cool if you could combine certain foods into a premade meal in the app to make it easier when you have a routine

From first hand experience calorie tracking is not a fun task. My friends and I are a nerdy group of gamers who wanted to make something that is boring into a fun game that helps you get healthy.
