I created Melu to close the gap between digital marketing and lead generation for small and medium sized businesses. Everyone is told to build better websites, create more content and be more 'social', but what is missing far too often is a simple human touch that turns all those hard-fought visitors into paying customers. With so much effort being made to get people onto websites, it amazes me that so little is done to help them when they're there. It's like opening a glitzy high street store without having any staff to assist the customers that pour through the door. Putting real people onto live chat 24/7 is no longer something only large firms can afford to do. With Melu it's for every business, with any budget.

@andrew_broadbent2 Thanks Andrew! I truly believe the main reason for this is that businesses don't know they can have it done for them with real people, and that it's affordable. Lot's of businesses have their phones answered when they can't (because no-one likes to miss a call!), so why should their websites be any different?
