Hello everyone! 👋 6 months ago, I quit my Head of Product role to go all in and build ListenUp! I was leading the product team at lemlist, a bootstrapped SaaS doing $22M in ARR with 99% of its revenue coming from product-led growth (PLG). A strong product culture and a dream for a lot of product teams - it was for me. But one thing drove me nuts during my 3 years at lemlist: product discovery. It was so time-consuming. We were constantly overwhelmed by feedback: from users, from support, from sales, from C-level, from partners... We manually transcribed our user calls (and half the time, the audio didn’t record at all). We were fighting between spending time delivering features and talking to users. We had no clue how many users reported the same problems. That’s only the tip of the iceberg - a nightmare 😅 I met with close to 100 Founders, CPOs, Heads of Products and Product managers to see how they managed that. The short answer: they didn’t. So, I took a crazy bet: fixing product discovery. The first block of product discovery is user interviews. So in the past few months, we’ve focused on building the user interview process I dreamed of having. 1. A seamless meeting recorder The video and audio of your calls are recorded at the source. I do like the story behind your product. Have you tried to measure how much time it can save you per week?

@anastasiia_stepko not yet! It depends, but let's say you do 5 interviews a week If you transcribe manually = 5 x 1h x 2 (always take twice as much time) = 10h If you add your own insights (copy / paste) and summary of the interview manually = around 15 hours saved? :)

No recording bots on the call? That's game-changing, it's always super awkward when people see a bot joining: you have to explain why, they surely don't behave the same way, etc. If it can skip that part of the call, it's great!
